Machinery Hire Rates is defined as the daily rental paid by contractor to machinery leasing company, which includes machinery rental rates and its installation, insurance on machinery and repair and maintenance, but exclude machinery operator daily hire rates, cost of diesel/petrol used and transport cost from machinery leasing company to construction site and back. This applies to that construction machinery in List A .

Equipment Purchase Price is defined as the transaction price between the contractors and the suppliers under the normal credit terms specified and discount for an average contractor. It is inclusive of all necessary taxes if applicable payable to the government and the transportation costs within practicable distances as well as profit. This applies to that construction equipment in List B .
